REFUND POLICY

1. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment for any ReadRankAI paid plan (Pro or Agency). If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

The 7-day guarantee applies only to:

• Your first payment on a new paid subscription
• Requests submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date
• Accounts that have not previously received a refund from ReadRankAI

The 7-day guarantee does not apply to:

• Renewal payments (monthly or annual)
• Accounts that have already received a refund previously
• Requests submitted after 7 days from the payment date

2. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

ReadRankAI subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds on renewal charges after the billing date has passed.

If you did not intend to renew your subscription, please contact us at support@readrankai.com within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

3. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your ReadRankAI subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid. You will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period.

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in to your ReadRankAI account and go to Settings
• Or email us at support@readrankai.com and we will cancel it for you

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, send an email to support@readrankai.com with the following information:

• Your full name and the email address used to register
• The date of your payment
• The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

6. EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that special situations arise. While our standard policy is as described above, we may consider refund requests outside the 7-day window in the following exceptional circumstances:

• A technical error on our platform prevented you from using the service entirely
• You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
• A duplicate payment was made for the same plan

All exception requests are reviewed individually. Contact us at support@readrankai.com and explain your situation. We will do our best to find a fair resolution.

7. FREE PLAN

The Free plan is available at no cost and does not involve any payment. There is nothing to refund on a Free plan account. Free plan users may upgrade to a paid plan at any time, at which point this Refund Policy will apply to that purchase.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
